The Provectus Alliance is a pioneering coalition committed to transforming the landscape of senior care. By uniting fragmented services and addressing the complex challenges faced by North Carolina’s aging population, the Alliance is dedicated to providing a future-focused, holistic approach to senior well-being.

To represent this vision, a powerful and meaningful logo was created. The final design features the symbol of Athena, the Greek Goddess of Wisdom and War, superimposed over a shield. Athena is not only a protector but also a strategist, known for her ability to devise systems that bring order and benefit to those under her care. This choice reflects the Alliance’s mission to guide and support seniors with a combination of strength, knowledge, and thoughtful leadership.

The typography of the name “Provectus” was also carefully chosen. The dynamic, forward-leaning serifs evoke a sense of motion, symbolizing progress and innovation. The design also ties back to the Latin meaning of “Provectus” — “to move forward” — reinforcing the Alliance’s commitment to advancing senior care and empowering older adults to thrive.
