
We were charged with creating an out-of-the-box direct mail campaign to recruit the best and brightest for Mecklenburg Medical Group. It was important for the piece to be an attention-grabber so that it could easily cut through the clutter. Direct mail is always a challenge, with the amount of junk mail we’re inundated with these days.
Our answer was a plane ticket. We modeled the piece after an actual boarding pass, inviting these doctors to take a journey with MMG—promising an exciting career where the adventure never ends. The pocket folder contained a letter from MMG with details about the practice and what makes it different than all the others. This pocket folder housed the boarding pass, trip itinerary and budget, all containing pertinent information about the positions MMG had to offer and showcasing Charlotte as a fantastic place to live, work and raise a family.
